These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to services offered by POLLYANNA. By booking or participating in a session, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Nature of the Work

POLLYANNA offers intuitive and spiritually focused services, including intuitive readings and associated energetic or contemplative practices.

Sessions are personal and individual in nature. The content and form of each session may vary according to what arises within the session.

Intuitive impressions, observations and information shared during a session are offered for personal reflection and insight. No particular result, prediction or outcome is promised or guaranteed.

You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions and actions following a session.

Professional Advice

Services provided by POLLYANNA are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

If you require assistance in any of these areas, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

POLLYANNA does not provide crisis or emergency services.

Age Requirement

Sessions are available to clients aged 18 years and over unless otherwise expressly agreed in advance and, where appropriate, with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Bookings and Payment

Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

Unless otherwise arranged directly with POLLYANNA, payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment.

With more than 48 hours' notice, one reschedule is permitted and your payment may be transferred to another available appointment.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made between 24 and 48 hours before the appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50%.

Cancellations or requests to reschedule made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in 100% of the session fee being retained.

No-shows will result in 100% of the session fee being retained.

A booking may be rescheduled once. Further changes may require a new booking and payment.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of POLLYANNA.

Nothing in this cancellation policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Distance Readings

For distance readings, you are responsible for providing any requested information within the timeframe given in your booking instructions.

At the scheduled time, you are encouraged to be somewhere quiet and comfortable where you can remain undisturbed for the duration of your reading.

Where your reading includes a recording, photographs or other follow-up material, these will be provided following the session.

Recordings and Session Materials

Any recording, written material, card imagery or other material provided following your session is intended for your personal use.

You may retain these materials for your own private reference.

They may not be reproduced, published, sold, distributed, used commercially or presented as the work of another person without prior written permission from POLLYANNA.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected.

Personal information and matters discussed or shared in connection with a session will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where you have provided consent.

Information provided through bookings and enquiries will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Client Conduct

Sessions are offered within a respectful and considered environment.

POLLYANNA reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session where behaviour is threatening, abusive, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate or otherwise creates an unsafe or seriously disrespectful environment.

Where a session is discontinued because of such conduct, a refund may not be provided, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the original written content, photographs, recordings, branding and other materials appearing on this website or supplied by POLLYANNA remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.

Content may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without permission.

Website Information

Information on this website is provided in good faith and may be updated from time to time.

While reasonable care is taken in preparing website content, it is provided for general information about POLLYANNA and the services offered.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The terms applying to a booking will be those made available to you at the time you enter into the booking, subject to applicable law.
